  • Our School English Debating Team Comprising Of Jaiveer Singh, Esha And Avanti Aggarwal Participated In The Inter-School English Debates Held At Vivek High School, Chandigarh On 9th And 10th Of August, 2018. Fourteen Teams Participated And There Were 3 Rounds.
  • In The Preliminary Round, Sanawar Debated Against Strawberry Fields High  School, Chandigarh And Won The Debate. Jaiveer Singh Was Declared The     Best Speaker Of The Entire Preliminary Round (Best Among All 14    Teams). In The Second Round (Semi Finals), Sanawar Debated Against The Host School And Won. Jaiveer Singh Was Declared The Second Best Speaker Of The Entire Semi Finals (2nd Out Of The Top Eight Ranking Schools). There Were 4 Teams In The Final Round, And Sanawar Debated Against The Sri Ram School, Delhi And Won The Debate. Based On The Overall Points, Sanawar Was Declared Runners-up, While The Host Team Was The Winners. Sanawar Retained The Running Trophy Of The Debate For The Second Year. Jaiveer Singh Was Declared The Best Speaker of The Final Round Of The Debate.
  • The Lawrence School, Sanawar Participated In The Literary Festival Held At Wynberg Allen School, Mussoorie On 18th August, 2018. A Total Of 10 Teams Participated.
  • The Lawrence School, Sanawar Lifted The Trophy For Being The Winners Of The Dr. G. D. Lehmann Inter-school English Debate For Classes 9 & 10. Noopur Sharma Was Declared The Best Speaker (For The Motion And The Rebuttal) And Ananya Kohli Was The Best Speaker (Against The Motion)
  • Armaanvir Singh Bhatia Of Upper III Secured The Second Position In Spell Bee (Division I For Classes 5 & 6).
  • Satvik Narula Of Upper V Was Awarded The Trophy For Outstanding Performance In (Division III For Classes 9 & 10).
  • Rishavpreet Singh Of Upper VI Secured The Second Position In The Rev. Biggs Inter-school Spell Bee Competition In (Division 4 For Classes 11 & 12).
  • From 26th July To 30th July Riddhi Khurana, Yudeepsinh Gaekwad & Avanti Aggarwal Participated In 5th Claude Martin Inter-School English Debates At La Martiniere College, Lucknow. Ridhi Khurana Was Declared The Best Speaker In The First Debate That We Won Against Vasant Valley School, Delhi.
  • Aarushi Thakur Was Declared The Best Speaker For Rebuttal In JK Kate Memorial Knowledge Conclave Held At PPS, Nabha. 
  • A Group Of Ten Students And One Teacher Went To Slovenia For World Schools Debate From June 24 To July 4, 2018. Our Children Performed Very Well.
  • Another Group Of 8 Students Accompanied By One Teacher Visited Edinburgh In The Month Of August To Stage An English Play “Panchkanya” In The Fringe Festival. Their Performance Was Applauded By One And All.
  • The 3rd Edition Of Sanawar Lit Fest Was Successfully Organized By The English Faculty In Nov., 2018 In Which Sixteen Schools Participated. Sanawar Team Comprising Of Riddhi Khurana & Tarika Khanna Stood First In Book Critique As Well As Costume Drama. Veer Devgan Of L IV Won Third Prize In Story Telling Contest.
  • A 5 Day Workshop On Developing Debating Skills Was Organized For Interested Students In The Month Of March, 2019.
  • A Group Of Sixteen Students And One Teacher Went To Slovenia For World Schools Debate From June 22 To July 2, 2019. Our Children Performed Very Well
  • The School English Debating Team Took Part In 6th Claude Martin Inter-School English Debates At La Martiniere College, Lucknow From 25th To 27th July, 2019. Jaiveer Singh Was Adjudged The Best Speaker In Round 1 And Round 2.
  • Jivika Sachdeva And Esha Malhotra Were Runners-up In Silver Fiesta - Movie Appreciation Contest At Kasiga School, Dehradun On 10th August, 2019.
  • Jivika Sachdeva Stood First In Movie Appreciation Contest & Ananya Julka Stood First In Story Telling Competition Held At PPS, Nabha From 18th August To 20th August.
  • Simar Singh Gabadia, Ananya Julka & Himani Thakur Were Winners Of DramaRama Competition At Wynberg Allen School, Mussoorie In April, 2019. Puru Manjrey And Jaanasheen Kaur Bala Were Winners Of G K Quiz Competition At Wynberg Allen School. 
  • Our School English Debating Team Comprising Of Jaiveer Singh, Simar Singh Gabadia And Esha Malhotra Participated In The Annual Vivek High Inter-School English Debates Held At Vivek High School, Chandigarh On 22nd And 23rd Of August, 2019. Sixteen Teams Participated And There Were 3 Rounds.

  • English Debating Society Meetings & Literary Club Meetings Are Held Fortnightly To Help Children Hone Their Reading And Debating Skills.
