HEADMASTER / HEADMISTRESS
The Lawrence School, Sanawar is a premier co-educational residential public school from Class V to Class XII, established in 1847 and affiliated to CBSE.
It has a proud legacy of holistic education, rooted in academic excellence, leadership development and character-building. The School nurtures independent thought and scholarship.
Tenure: The term of appointment shall be for a period of up to five years, extendable based on assessment of performance.
Educational Qualification: A post graduate with a teaching degree or equivalent qualification.
Age Preference: 45 years to 55 years.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who:-

Have preferably held the position of Headmaster / Headmistress or Deputy or a similar senior leadership position for at least three years, preferably in a co-educational residential school.
Possess a deep experience with contemporary pedagogical practices.
Have demonstrated capability experience in developing a framework for quality education.
Bring experience in strategic planning and developing infrastructure.
Salary and Allowances: An attractive compensation package commensurate with that of leading boarding schools of the country.
