1. Bursar

The Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of Internal Controls and Accounting Procedures with a minimum of 10 to 15 years work experience in a similar capacity. The Candidate should have a sound understanding of the administration, upkeep and maintenance requirements of an institution / organization, preferably a residential School and should be competent to deal with Accounts, Finance, Legal Matters, Statutory Requirements, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Labour Laws etc. The candidate must also possess good communication skills in English and Hindi, as this position will require extensive interaction with Government Officials, Old Students, Parents and Staff. Retired Defence Services Personnel are eligible too, provided they have commanded a unit in the rank of Colonel or equivalent. Age below 50 years (age may be relaxed in case of deserving candidate).

2. Estate Manager :

The incumbent should preferably be a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in a similar position with good institutions. The incumbent will be responsible for sustaining and developing all aspects of our 140 acre site and its buildings. A background in Engineering and Site Management are required along with proven man management skills. Age below 50 years.

3. Teacher (Economics, Physics, Accountancy) :

Master’s Degree with B.Ed. in the respective subject and fluency in spoken English with 5 to 8 years experience of teaching Senior Secondary & Secondary classes in good residential public schools & preferably should have cleared CTET Central Teaching Eligibility Test). The selected candidates for the above referred posts will be required to teach both Senior Secondary & Secondary Classes. Age below 45 years.

4. Teacher (Hindi) :

Master’s Degree with B.Ed. in the subject with 5 to 8 years experience of teaching Secondary classes in good residential public schools & preferably should have cleared CTET (Central Teaching Eligibility Test). The selected candidates for the above referred post will be required to teach Secondary Classes. Preference would be given to the person who has taught Sanskrit to Secondary classes and has good working knowledge of computers. Age below 45 years.

5. Quartermaster :

The incumbent should preferably be a Graduate with Diploma in Material Management and should have minimum of 10 years experience of management of assorted stocks, transport and accounting procedures. Should have good knowledge of Computer MS Office 2007, ERP. Age below 45 years.

6. Instructor (Carpentry) :

The applicant should have two years diploma in carpentry with 5 years experience preferably in a School and Preference will be given to the candidates who have basic knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD). Age below 45 years.

7. Lab. Technician (Hospital)

B.Sc.M.L.T./Lab Technician /Diploma in Medical Lab Technology with 5 years experience in recognized Institution/Govt.Hosptial/ retd. from Defence services as Lab Technician not below the rank of Havildar . Age below 45 years.

8. Science Lab Assistant

B.Sc with 5 years experiences of working in a Science Lab, preferably in a school. Age below 45 years.

All the above posts (Sr No. 1 to 8) carry a handsome salary with attractive perks, like DA, Entertainment Allowance, Hill Compensatory Allowance, fixed LTA, free food for self & spouse (during term time only), free semi furnished accommodation, free electricity up to certain units, Education for two children on nominal charges or education allowance, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, EL (for Non – Vacation Staff Only), CL & Sick Leave. Medical facilities as available in the School Hospital, Med-claim cum personal accident policy & re-imbursement of outside treatment as per School rules subject to Management’s decision from time to time.

9. I/C Hygiene and Sanitation

The incumbent should be plus two with Sanitary Inspector’s Course and 10 years similar work experience with reputed organisations. He should be physically fit and able to work on hilly terrain. Job requires regular, frequent rounds of the sprawling campus measuring app. 140 acres and capability to handle workforce efficiently. Age below 45 years.

10. Sr. Supervisor (Engg)

The incumbent should be plus two with 2 years ITI Diploma in Civil Engineering and 10 years similar work experience with reputed organisations. Age below 45 years.

11. Office Assistant

Graduate having working experience of 10 years in a good institution, preferably in a Residential Public School. Should have good knowledge of Computer MS Office 2007, ERP, Accounts & Store. Age below 45 years.

12. Supervisor (Electrical)

Minimum educational qualification should be plus two with two years Electrician’s Diploma from government ITI and 10 years experience with reputed organisations. Age below 45 years

All the above posts (Sr No. 9 to 12) carry a handsome salary with attractive perks, like DA, Hill Compensatory Allowance, fixed LTA, free semi furnished accommodation (If available) or H.R.A. as per School Rules, free Electricity upto certain units (if accommodation is allotted on the School campus) , education for two children on nominal charges (subject to the School rules) or Education Allowance, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, EL, CL & Sick Leave. Medical facilities as available in the School Hospital, Med-claim cum personal accident policy & re-imbursement of outside treatment as per School rules subject to Management’s decision from time to time.

All the above posts will be on contract for five years with further renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
